Overview

This student housing project at Brigham Young University, Idaho, originally named The Mountain Lofts, is a Type III construction project. It was intended to be a 4-story, 1,074-bed housing unit with a 668-stall parking deck, a stand-alone clubhouse and a cottage for an on-site property manager. Matheus Lumber provided all the lumber for this project.

One highlight of this project is that the entire perimeter exterior of the building was fire treated lumber.
