Overview

Aviara Apartments is a six-level mixed-use building with 166 residential units and 312 parking spaces. It contains retail spaces on the ground floor, luxury apartments on the upper floors, and parking on the basement level.

We supplied the commercial lumber package for this large multi-use project with more than 150,000 SF of space.
