Purgatory Creek Apartments, now called SYNC at Purgatory Creek is located along the heavily-wooded Purgatory Creek in San Marcos, Texas. It’s a 286-unit complex and received the 2012 Best Apartment Project in Austin award. In addition to resort amenities, the interiors are built and designed to condominium specifications with stunning detail and upgraded finishes. Matheus Lumber’s Texas office supplied the lumber package for this multifamily construction project.
