Overview

The Block 10 project was located at 420 Pontius Ave in Seattle, Washington. 

RAFN built this 439,550 SF, 7 story mixed-use construction project which originally planned to have:

• Approximately 320 new residential units, including 2-story lofts and live/work units,
• Amenity spaces,
• 10,000 ground floor retail,
• Parking for approx. 300 - 400 vehicles (residential and commercial),
• Adaptive reuse of landmark Supply Laundry Building,
• Secure LEED certification.
