Overview

The Bertschi Living Science Wing was the Bertschi School’s second building designed for the Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification and created a buzz in the construction industry at the time, being one of the first to tackle the stringent certification requirements. The center is 3,380 SF and built with multiple green building features which are completely accessible by students and used to teach environmental sustainability at the school.
